We are planning a fortnightly on-line class, by Zoom, starting on Thursday 5 September 2024 at 20:00, for those who have already done a beginners course and now wish to complete Level A of the Council of Europe Common European Framework. The language taught will be idiomatic revived Cornish, taking account of all the sources for historical Cornish, and spelled in the system called Kernowek Standard (KS). Classes will be conducted mostly in Cornish, lasting one hour, and will be based around the eighteen lessons of coursebook Cara Kernowek 2 which is available on the Courses page of this website. Students will be expected to spend approximately one hour every week preparing each lesson. The teacher will be Ian Jackson, MA (Cantab), MA (Oxon), QTS.
